The Service uses third-party large language models (such as those provided by Anthropic and OpenAI) to qualify prospects and generate personalised messages. 8. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data processed on behalf of a customer is retained according to that customer’s instructions and deleted or returned on termination of their account, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, tenant-level data isolation, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
